🇺🇸 U.S. President Donald J. Trump has ordered federal law enforcement to begin patrolling the streets of Washington, D.C. for the next seven days, beginning Friday at 12:00am EDT.
Patrols will be led by the U.S. Park Police and will include officers and agents from the FBI, DEA, ATF, and ICE, as well as several other agencies under the “Making D.C. Safe and Beautiful Task Force.”
The Office of the Attorney General has notified local hospitals of a possible surge tonight in patients, due to law enforcement clearing homeless camps throughout the District of Columbia.
