🇺🇸🇮🇶❗️ Eighteen years ago today, two U.S. AH-64 Apache helicopters killed over a dozen Iraqi civilians, including two Reuters journalists, in Baghdad, Iraq, and then laughed at some of the casualties.
➡️ The footage, which was released by WikiLeaks, shows the Apaches firing repeatedly, including at wounded journalist Saeed Chmagh as he attempted to flee. When a van arrived to help the wounded, the crew targeted it as well, shooting at two unarmed men aiding Chmagh.
➡️ U.S. ground forces later found two injured children inside the van.
