BREAKING 🚨 The United States and Ukraine have reached an agreement on access to Ukraine’s natural resources, including rare earth minerals.
The deal involves the creation of a joint investment fund where Ukraine would contribute half of the revenues from its mineral resources, including aluminum, graphite, oil and natural gas, with the U.S. and Ukraine each owning 50% of the fund.
