Jessica Aber, a Biden attorney, has been found dead at age 43 on the morning of Saturday, March 22, at her home in Alexandria.
Police responded to a wellness check around 9:18 a.m. on Beverley Drive and found her unresponsive. No foul play is suspected at this time, and the cause of death is pending an investigation by the medical examiner.
Aber, appointed by President Biden in 2021, stepped down earlier this year to allow for a successor under President Trump.
