The left has turned the legal system into a political weapon. When judges follow the law instead of the narrative, they get targeted. When the rules don’t benefit the progressive agenda, they get tossed out the window. And when activist lawyers break those same rules, they get a pat on the back and the VIP treatment.
Judge Hendrix played it straight. The ACLU didn’t.
The lawfare stops when we stop tolerating it. Period. The ACLU should be held accountable. This isn’t just some courtroom mishap. This is a battle for the soul of our justice system. And yes—this is a hill worth dying on.
